Rocky Mountain Juniper. In this section Boon cleans, prunes, and wires the tree, and creates "Jin" (deadwood) from unwanted branches.

"Itoigawa" Shimpaku Juniper. Here Boon demonstrates how to balance the tree's energy by removing branches and dead needles.

Grafted "Kishu" Shimpaku Juniper. In this final segment, Boon works on a large California juniper that has been grafted with "Kishu" Shimpaku branches.
